This Privacy Policy applies to the Chitto app (hereinafter referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices, created by GreatBitz.com Services LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”) as a Free service. This service is provided “AS IS”.

1. Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address.
Pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages.
The total time spent using the Application.
The operating system of your mobile device.

Note: The Application does not gather precise location information from your mobile device.

For a better experience and to provide personalized features, the Application requires you to provide personally identifiable information, including your name and phone number. These details are collected solely for identification and personalization purposes and are used only as described in this Privacy Policy.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes provided by your mobile device or the mobile application marketplace.

The Service Provider will retain User-Provided Data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter.

Account Deletion:

All user data and chits created will be marked for deletion once the account is deleted.
The deletion process may take approximately 10 business days, as some data may need to be retained temporarily for business needs.

5. Children

The Application does not knowingly solicit data from children under 13.

The Application is not intended for use by anyone under 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will immediately delete it.

6. Security

The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. They provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information they process and maintain.
